Is VEXRAY a Listing Service?
No. VEXRAY is not a listing service in the traditional sense, though it has some similarities. You submit a listing, much like a listing service, and you’ll have the ability to renew, retract, and interact with that listing online. However, VEXRAY is primarily a listing match-maker, identifying whether the qualities of your site and the market it’s in make it a good match for the companies in VEXRAY who have told us exactly what they’re looking for in a site.
What is VEXRAY Providing the Retailers After I Submit My Site?
VEXRAY provides the retailers all of the site specific attribute data you input during your site submission. It also provides them the photos and collateral you may have uploaded. However, the primary value added is that VEXRAY generates the maps, demographics, competitive lists, and other market specific information that each company has identified as critical to making a “Go / No Go” decision about a site. All of their unique data is considered in conjunction with your site so issues such as sales cannibalization, sales potential, or protected area infringement are all considered at the same time, based on their specific data attributes and requirements.
Why do I need a credit card?
VEXRAY is sponsored by the retailers that participate in it. As a result, these retailers want to maintain a high degree of site integrity. To ensure everyone submitting a listing to VEXRAY is legitimate, VEXRAY has implemented a credit card validation process. In order to review your contacts in VEXRAY, you will have to provide a valid credit card, which we will retain on file for you. This card will NOT be charged as there are no fees at this time in VEXRAY.

What is VEXRAY's Refund Policy?
There are no refunds for connection fees since they are only incurred as a result of leads generated through VEXRAY.COM’s proprietary matching system. User submitted real estate sites may be retracted by the user at any time; however any fees incurred prior to that retraction are the responsibility of the user and will be charged to the user’s online account for collection by Forum Analytics, LLC.
